Whilst coming to the end of his custodial sentence, Billy was offered a career opportunity within the construction industry operating plant machinery. Billy took it upon himself and went to the Careers Wales centre to apply for React funding and enquired about doing his operative tickets to secure his job offer
Billy was then presented with an opportunity to do a 360 Excavator course at The Construction Hub Academy that met all his criteria. Since being at The Construction Hub Academy, Billy has gained more confidence within himself and to succeed in his carrier. My plan moving forward is to get back into work and hoping to return to The Construction Hub Academy to gain more CPCS Plant operators Tickets.
