Position Overview
We are in search of an experienced Plant/Machinery NVQ Assessor to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with senior management to ensure our esteemed standards are consistently met and exceeded. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing a variety of NVQs within the plant and machinery discipline, focusing on Level 2 Plant Operations and Level 2 and 3 Plant Maintenance qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess candidates in Level 2 Plant Operations and Level 2 and 3 Plant Maintenance NVQs.
- Paperwork compliance is key to this role.
- Be prepared for regular travel across Wales/England to visit candidates on-site, ensuring our commitment to excellence and timely support is maintained at all locations.
- Collaborate with senior management to uphold and enhance the company's high standards.
Desirable Qualifications
- Assessor/Verifier qualifications such as A1/A2, V1/V2, or D32/33/34.
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment or Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement.
- Relevant Level 2 or 3 NVQ, particularly in Plant Operations or Plant Maintenance.
- Experience in the Construction Industry, ideally with a focus on Plant/Machinery and Supervision/Management.
