Training Co-ordinator

Bio

Megan’s role is to schedule the courses, help candidates find the right course for them and complete the booking process. This requires checking the candidates experience and agreeing the best course as well as checking eligibility for funding, should this be the route the candidate takes.

Megan says that she likes working for The Construction Hub Academy because she is personally developing whilst working and learning on the job. While actively working in her role as a Training Co-ordinator, she successfully pursued and completed both her Level 2 and Level 3 Business Administration qualifications, achieving this milestone in November 2023.

She continues, "I’m very appreciative that I was able to gain a qualification and knowledge of business whilst doing my job and earning money. I also love working with a team who works extremely hard and gets the job done but can also have fun in work too!"

Megan's outstanding dedication and exemplary performance were recognised and celebrated at the prestigious Caerphilly Business Club Awards in November 2022.
