The Construction Hub Academy was born out of a recognition to up-skill individuals by providing a best-in-class opportunity to increase skills in the construction industry in Wales.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to work and to obtain the necessary skills to function in the role to the best of their ability.
At the heart of what we do at The Construction Hub Academy is supporting, training and providing further opportunities, whether this is through placements, a full-time job or additional training.
We appreciate that not everyone learns in the same way, and we often tailor our courses to candidates’ needs.

Our dedicated team of experienced trainers have the skills and knowledge to guide you through your plant training to help you excel your career in construction.Â
We work in a number of industry sectors whether this is with a company training their employees or with private individuals who wish to enhance their existing skills or enter the workforce to operate machinery.
We also work in partnership with colleges throughout Wales and collaborate with a network of training providers to help support candidates with training we are not able to provide ourselves.
