Chase has a background employed as a groundworker. He started working as a labourer, laying road kerbs, patios, driveways, drainage and was promoted to supervisor before transferring to his current role of instructor.
He teaches various plant courses on all types of machines, but also instructs theory and practical classes on more specific courses such as Deep Excavation, Safe Dig and Confined Space. He is responsible for ensuring that all the courses are presented to a high standard as well as looking after the machinery and making sure they are all kept well maintained and safe to use. His ambition is to be promoted to oversee all instructors and maintain the company’s high standards.
He says he likes working at The Construction Hub Academy as everyone pulls together as a team to ensure that all candidates receive the best possible customer experience. He is especially proud to be able to offer training to candidates with different needs and learning styles.
Chase continues by saying that "We are a team driven to represent our brand to the highest of standards. We all push and strive as one big team."
In April 2023 Chase was promoted to Operations Manager where he will oversee all the instructors in the business to ensure there are consistent and high standards of delivery to our various candidates whether they are training with us as an individual, through their business or here as an apprentice.
