Danielle plays a crucial role in the effective delivery and management of commercial and fully funded training programs. Danielle ensures that candidates have access to the necessary training and development opportunities, which ultimately contributes to both individual and organizational growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Planning & Scheduling:

    • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistics such as venues, equipment, and materials are in place.
    • Ensure that training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and employee development needs.
  2. Communication & Liaison:

    • Act as a point of contact for employees, trainers, and external training providers, addressing any questions or issues related to training.
    • Communicate training schedules and expectations to all participants and relevant stakeholders.
  3. Tracking & Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant attendance, and progress.
    • Prepare regular reports on training metrics, outcomes, and feedback for management.
  4. Training Material Development:

    • Assist in the creation or procurement of training materials, ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date, and engaging.
    • Organize and ensure availability of training resources (e.g., handouts, manuals, e-learning content).
  5. Needs Assessment:

    • Work with department managers and employees to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
    • Help develop customized training solutions to address those needs.
  6. Evaluate Training Effectiveness:

    • Gather feedback from trainees and trainers to assess the quality and impact of training programs.
    • Suggest improvements and modifications based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  7. Budget & Resource Management:

    • Assist in managing the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Source external training providers when necessary and ensure that services are delivered as agreed.
  8. Compliance & Legal Requirements:

    • Ensure all training programs adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., health and safety, diversity, and inclusion).
    • Maintain compliance with mandatory training requirements for employees.
