Kieran comes from a background of working in the new build housing sector as a groundworker and plant operator.
His role as a plant operator instructor involves upskilling existing plant operators and future plant operators for better job prospects.
Kieran says that he chose to work for The Construction Hub Academy because it’s an ambitious company, with an excellent team of like-minded people who are looking to improve learners’ chances in employment and improve their careers.
He continues by saying that, "I feel fortunate to work for an organisation that recognises and rewards hard work and dedication."
In December 2023, Kieran took part in an NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) instructor course. Subsequent to the successful completion of the program, he attained official accreditation to deliver a variety of NPORS courses specifically designed for the construction industry.
