Kyle’s background is in running his own business as a self-employed bricklayer and plumber. He decided he needed a change in career and came across the opportunity to train as an instructor.
Kyle is a plant operator instructor on the 360 Excavator, Forward Tipping and Roller courses and is passionate about helping any candidate with their training, especially when he recognises that some candidates need more help in some areas than others.
He says that one of the best things about his job is the satisfaction he gets when candidates pass. At present he has a 100% pass rate, and he would like to retain this figure!
On working at The Construction Hub Academy, Kyle says "The team of instructors is the reason it's the best place to work. Everyone works with and for each other. It's as simple as that, regardless of experience, we're all brought up to the same standards."
