Supporting local charity Action for Children in Swansea

Last weekend it was a privilege for The Construction Hub Academy to support Action for Children in Swansea.

We are passionate about supporting the local community as part of the values of our business and it was an honour to have donated a signed Swansea City football to support the charity.

Thank you to Paul Kift, Director of Skills and Business Development at Gower College Swansea for the generosity and donation.

The photograph shows Chris Rosser, Director of The Construction Hub Academy with staff and several of the children who are supported by Action for Children Swansea who provide housing-related support in the home to young parents and expectant parents, aged 16-25, and their children.

Action for Children is a national charity which protects and supports vulnerable children and young people by providing practical and emotional care and support, ensuring their voices are heard and campaigning to bring lasting improvements to their lives. With 447 services across the UK, in schools and online, in 2021/22 they have helped 671,275 children, young people and families.
