Meet Cameron Morgan
Cameron first got a taste of the construction industry back in 2024 when he joined our Kingstrust employability programme: Get Into Construction.
He spent two weeks with us on the Kingstrust project, learning core industry skills and building a strong foundation for his future career.
One year on, Cameron is making great progress. He is currently working with recruitment agency Bluewater and is on-site with John Weaver Contractors in Swansea. Most recently, Cameron completed his Telehandler course with us — and he’s already putting his practical training into action on a live site.
It’s inspiring to see how our employability programmes and training courses are creating real change. Cameron’s journey is a fantastic example of how lives can be transformed through opportunity and support!
